Pebblestone Rebuild is dedicated to building resilience in youth, families, and individuals re-entering the community after incarceration. Our person-centered philosophy, and trauma-informed approach empowers individuals by addressing the root causes of trauma, strengthening family relationships, and fostering access to natural supports and community resources.

Trauma informed support
recognizes the impact of trauma on individuals and aims to create safe, trusting, and empowering environments that promote healing and recovery, rather than re-traumatizing.
Family Reunification & Strengthening
Family reunification is the process of bringing together family members who are separated, often due to circumstances.
Re-entry and Recidivism Support
Re-entry support and recidivism support programs aim to help formerly incarcerated individuals successfully transition back into society and reduce the likelihood of reoffending.
