Pebblestone Rebuild is dedicated to building resilience in youth, families, and  returning citizens in the community.  Our person-centered philosophy, and trauma-informed approach empowers individuals by addressing the root causes of trauma, strengthening family relationships, and fostering access to natural supports and community resources.

Pebblestone's ride gap service focuses on providing safe, clean, and reliable rides, specifically tailored for individuals needing transportation to and from scheduled appointments.  By operating on a referral-driven model, Pebblestone emphasizes collaboration and trust within the community. 

Service area is limited to Washington County, MD.
